1. We protect your email and phone number.

We will only use your email address and contact details for purposes that are a part of the everyday working of the business. We will not sell them to others, or use them to promote our personal products.

We use the The Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act) as a guide to protecting your data. The Privacy Act is the principal piece of Australian legislation protecting the handling of personal information about individuals. This includes the collection, use, storage and disclosure of personal information in the federal public sector and in the private sector. Using the policy:

• We will not pass on your details to a third party without your consent
• Unless we reasonably believe that the collection, use or disclosure is necessary to lessen or prevent a serious threat to the life, health or safety of any individual, or to public health or safety.
• Unless we have reason to suspect that unlawful activity, or misconduct of a serious nature, that relates to our functions or activities has been, is being or may be engaged in; and we reasonably believe that the collection, use or disclosure is necessary in order for us to take appropriate action in relation to the matter.
• Unless any other reason listed under 16A of the Privacy Act, under the heading "Permitted general situations in relation to the collection, use or disclosure of personal information" is reasonably required.

2. We don't use tracking cookies.

We don't track you using cookies or any other method of tracking. Third party applications like Facebook Chat that we have installed to help you communicate may use cookies to help facilitate the easy communication with us, but we do not use this information as a business to keep tabs on you.
